HomeWorked does not endorse, verify, or certify any vendor and assumes no responsibility for the quality, accuracy, or legality of services provided by vendors.
Important: Vendors listed on HomeWorked are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of HomeWorked. Users should conduct their own research, verify credentials, and consult reviews to make informed decisions when hiring vendors.
6. Use of the Map and GPS Features
HomeWorked’s GPS-driven map allows users to view the locations of homes where vendors have worked. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The locations are approximate and may not represent the exact address.
- Any use of this information for unauthorized purposes, including harassment or solicitation, is strictly prohibited.
• You will not use the map data to invade the privacy of others or for any purpose other than lawful use related to hiring vendors.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use HomeWorked to:
- Post or share false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
- Violate any local, state, national, or international laws.
- Disrupt the operation of the platform, including through unauthorized access, hacking, or transmission of viruses.
- Harass, stalk, or otherwise violate the rights of others.
8. Fees and Payments
Access to HomeWorked is currently free for homeowners. Vendors are required to pay subscription fees for listings or enhanced profiles, as outlined on our website and on the app. HomeWorked reserves the right to change fees and payment terms at any time. Refunds will be at HomeWorked’s discretion and subject to any applicable policies.
